Very much in a similar format as Weisser’s Asian
Trash Cinema - hundreds of encapsulated reviews. The frustrating thing
about this book is that many of the films sound outrageous and terrific,
but being able to find a sub-titled copy in English is not likely. But
there is a lot of information on some of my favorite films such as the
Zatoichi and Lone Wolf series.
